There must always be some sunshine in even the blackest despair, and although yesterday the doctor told Danny and Max that he couldn't promise that Phyllis would walk again, he did say that certain treatments would help her to be strong enough to discard her wheelchair on occasion. Mary feels that at least this would be better than her confinement, and she will try to help Danny and Phyllis adjust themselves accordingly.
