On Alice's insistence Phil and Frankie attended an important civic meeting last night. However, unbeknownst to Alice they went on from there and played poker all night at the Musician's Union, now the next day they are both suffering hangovers! Now Alice insists that Phil and Frankie water the lawn. The pipe is not working right so Phil sent Frankie to but a new hose. Frankie comes back with a sprinkler system and he and Phil fit it. What could possibly go wrong!
