Lurene Tuttle puts the case forward for Cinderella being one of the most romantic fairy tales while Vincent Price portrays his modern version of Cinderella as a more spirited girl who goes for what she wants and has no fairy godmother nonsense about her. It goes to show that there are all sorts of Cinderella stories and they happen every day and they all end in exactly the same way. Even today the beautiful girl can marry the handsome prince and of course they live happily ever after.
