It’s an especially busy day at the precinct when Eva Tomkins comes in to the police station. She’s been married 15 years to her husband John Tomkins and tells the police that his insane brother Fred Tomkins has shot his wife and killed her. The police haven’t caught him yet and Eva fears that her husband is helping him evade the police.
