The episode opens with Peg trying to convince Chester that they need to find a new place to live, as their landlord has put their home up for sale - and if they don't buy it, someone else will! They soon find out that their neighbor, Morris, has bought the house, and of course it's right after Riley and he just got into a fight over their children stepping out together...
