The police of the 21st Precinct have a homicide to deal with after a man is found in a ditch on 78th street and 3rd Avenue. A new sewer connection is being installed and when the workmen arrived this morning they found the unidentified 35 year-old male at the bottom of the hole. Is it a murder or something else?
