Chester A Riley - California aircraft worker is a man who, figuratively speaking, has a big heart, and an even bigger neck! Whenever somebody knows he's in trouble, he opens the former and sticks out the latter. Right now, he's approaching the office where the big boss, Mr Stevenson, has just received some great news! The professor he wants to work with has just called to let him know that he is open to listening to his ideas. However, he demands punctuality, and wants him there at 7am tomorrow  morning, on the dot! That would be fine, except that daylight savings has ended, standard time has returned, and Riley has no idea what the time actually is!
