Chester A Riley is still feeling the sting of Mr Bidwell taking all the credit for building the school swimming pool. When the C.A.R.E. drive rolls around, Riley sees it as an opportunity to get back at Mr. Bidwell. He decides to organize his own C.A.R.E. drive, one that will showcase his contributions and expose Mr. Bidwell's self-serving nature.
