A Loving Mother

Did you know that MOM upside down spells WOW? That's because Mom's are amazing!

Abraham Lincoln said, "All that I am, or hope to be, I owe to my angel mother” and no household would be complete without a loving mother figure to take care of us.

Just as with our father figure editorial a couple of days ago, there are lots of shows on RUSC which stir up the fond memories you shared with your own Mom.

One in particular, Mother's Halo Was Tight, from the series Family Theater, makes a special dedication to the mothers of America, to the women who through the generations of our history have played an important part in the work of building not only the homes, not only the schools but the spirit of this nation.

The light touch of humor in this play is done with the feeling that under the dignity, poise and charm of American womanhood there is the same understanding, tolerance and humor that have become our basic national traits.
