The first  costume party of the Fall social season will take place tonight at the Wistful Vista Elks Club. The guests will attend as their favorite personality and various historic figures from Henry VIII to Buffalo Bill will be represented. Mrs McGee has decided to go as Joan of Arc but everyone thinks she's Captain Kidd. Fibber is not letting on who he is going as until the last minute.
