It is late morning of February 5th 1930 and Mrs. Tocki Noggle as is her custom visits her branch bank in Terminal Island Los Angeles Harbor. As Mrs. Noggle leaves the bank and heads down the street towards her chop suey restaurant a sedan, which was parked across the street, makes a u-turn and stops just ahead of her. Just as she is passing a man from the car demands the money from her.
