Our Miss Brooks who teachers English at Madison High School is concerned about the problem of reckless driving among the teenagers coming to school and suggests to Headmaster Mr Conklin that they form their own student police force. It will be made up of students who drive their own cars and they’d have the power to arrest anyone who violated traffic laws.
