The Sentinel have been receiving unsigned letters saying that the local W. P. A. is corrupt, and there are rumors that a W.P.A. official is demanding a kickback from the folks who want jobs. The problem is that nobody knows which official it is. I've an inkling that the Green Hornet and Kato are going to smash the graft racket wide open though!
