Far north of the artic circle near Mackenzie Bay a band of Eskimos were hunting seals. The winter had come suddenly that year and the freezing wind had covered the vast expanse of water with thick ice. As they approached the bay Ullac the leader suddenly stopped and pointed ahead talking in his native tongue to Wahoo his brother. Ahead were two white men too weak to help themselves so the Eskimos took them back to their village and gave them food and shelter but the white men were about to take advantage of there saviours.
