Today's scene opens in the examining room in Doctor George Gamble's office. It's time for Mr and Mrs McGee's semi-annual check-up, and the doctor is going over the 'weaker' member of the team - which results in a few ribs with each other about the physique. The Doc tells Fibber he is not overweight but he is concerned about Molly's weight. Doc knowing women are tetchy about being told they are overweight suggest to Fibber that he goes on a diet to lose ten pounds and gets Molly go on a diet with him. In fact this is Doc's clever way to get them both to lose weight without offending either of them.
