Irma is trying to find out if Al loves her or not, using the old method of 'he loves me, he loves me not'. It's a shame she didn't know that it's supposed to be done with a daisy - and not the floor mop! She's been going out of her mind wondering, but contrary to Jane's advice that Al's not worth it, Irma won't give him up.
