Screen Guild Theater the motion pictures star’s own program, sponsored by Gulf Oil and introduced as the Gulf Screen Guild Show features revues, musical, comedies and dramatic shows. This episode stars George Burns and Gracie Allen, Ruth Davis, Alvin Douglas, Shirley Ross and Oscar Bradley and his Orchestra.

The money that Gulf Oil Company paid the stars for appearing on these programmes was turned over to the Motion Picture Relief Fund.
