During the construction of the Union Pacific Railroad, there had been one obstacle after another to overcome. Setbacks and accidents increased, as the crews in charge of laying track moved westward. When the end of track was near Cheyenne, Wyoming, the Lone Ranger helped the engineer in charge - Jim Powell - expose a plot against the builders of the railroad.
