Starring Robert Young. A decade or so before the turn of the twentieth century the city editor of the New York sun came up with a remarkably simple definition of what made news, “when a dog bites a man that’s not news because it happens so often, but when a man bites a dog, that’s news”. In Springfield in the white framed house on Maple Street news has not been made thus far but its quite possible that by the end of the week a man named Anderson will bite a dog!
