Trouble At Suez

Broadcast: 2nd April 1952

In Cairo tonight there is rioting on the campus of El Haza University. In every coffee shop Egyptian turns on Egyptian, brother against brother and all over the big dip that cuts through the sands of Egypt, the Suez Canal. For whichever controls the Suez Canal, free men or conquerors, controls the world. It’s because of the delicacy of the international situation that special agent of America were asked to assist British intelligence to circumvent a certain radical element from gaining control of the Suez Canal.

Only the names and places are fictional.
