Pop Pawlowski, was an ex-sergeant in Army ordnance - one of those men above military age, whose mechanical skills formed the backbone of the ordnance department and its battle of supplies. Every man in the company had him tagged as a sourpuss, but now he's heading to Little Rock, Arkansas, to settle down.
