The Sheriff sat in his dingy office talking to one of his deputies. It was noon on a hot day, and the little town of Crag Rock was quiet. Suddenly, gunshots rang out, and the Sheriff and Deputy ran out towards the street, where the outlaws had just held-up the bank, very politely, until Mr Ward tried to raise the alarm and was gunned down. The men got away with $10,000, and from the manner in which they held-up the bank, the Sheriff suspects that the leader of the gang was Tennessee Moody, and the teller was lucky to have escaped with his life!
