Broadcast: October 31, 1948

Lum thinks he is losing his mind and decides to go and see Squire Skimp to see if he can recommend a psychiatrist. Instead, Squire Skimp in cahoots with his crooked friend, Rambrandt, talks Lum in to becoming a surrealist painter by convincing him it will allow him to express himself. Their plan is to convince Lum he is a master artist whose paintings will sell for thousands if he gives Rembrandt money up front to sell his paintings.
