Well last Friday Squire Skimp’s was tried in Lum’s justice of the peace court for operating a theatre in violation of a city ordinance Pine Ridge and Lum ordered his place closed and assessed a fine of $50. And now as the Pine Ridge Planetarium is the only theater in town the old fellows are doing a big business.
