It was just before sundown when the Lone Ranger, Tonto and Dan Reid reined up their horses near Red Rock Canyon. Looking down, they could see the line of Smilax green bushes, which brought back a memory for the Lone Ranger. Another man with lots of memories is Pop, which is where Dan is right now as our story opens.
