The Major sends Captain Lee Quince to find Chief Sitting Bull and invite him to powwow with them. Sitting Bull has a reputation of being a savage and of not liking white men. Captain Quince learns that a white man is leading the Indians. When he meets young Sioux brave Red Bull along the way he tells Quince that his leader says all men are brothers the color of their skin doesn’t matter.
