It is August in the year 2204 and earth has made contact with a lost colony on planet New Delaware for the first time in 200 years. There is room for only one intelligent species in the universe and that is man. All others must be supressed and wiped out so the inhabitants of Planet New Delaware are doing their best to act like humans including reluctantly appointing a town criminal.

This is a remake of the 2-15-56 Program with different cast members.
