Jeb Baccus is a sheep farmer and good friend of Matt Dillon’s. His son Orlan had never been in any real trouble before but last night in Dodge he got in to an argument over a poker game and shot the unarmed Will Peterson. Marshall Matt Dillon went to Jeb to look for Orlan to take him in to answer charges of attempted murder. Jeb believed in his son and like his sheep dog protected his flock would do anything to protect his son.
