In 1945 the name of this show changed from Casey, Press Photographer to Casey, Crime Photographer. Casey and his girlfriend Ann Williams, reporter, are out Christmas shopping and stop off in a bar when Casey sees well known pickpocket “Fingers” take the wallet from a fat guys pocket. When Casey informs the fat guy, the fat guy denies having his wallet picked. The story thickens when fingers gets arrested for passing forged notes and he claims to have picked them from the fat guy.
