Three couples are brought on stage to be interviewed and quizzed by Groucho Marx. Each is given $20 to bet as much as they want on four questions from the category they choose. The money doubles each time they get a question correct and the one with the most money goes on to answer the jackpot question with a chance of winning $1500.
First couple tonight, chosen from the audience are two young single people, 21 year-old Miss Ruth Meston and 29 year-old Mr Joe Anderson, both of whom would like to get married some day. Groucho Marx in his inimitable way does his best to fix these two up together!
