As Dr Theodore Binder related  himself many years later, not too many people take the wishes of a boy seriously. But that day many years ago, following the organ recital given by the famed doctor at a cathedral in Switzerland, Albert Schweitzer extended a welcoming hand to the child who wanted to be a  doctor and Theodore Binder's childhood dream persisted.
