The SS San Pedro was a passenger liner that was built in 1911 by the William Cramp & Sons shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was the first ship in the world to be powered by diesel engines. The SS San Pedro was operated by the American Line, and she made regular transatlantic crossings between New York City and Southampton, England. But that would be a boring story wouldn't it... This one is a horror tale about an old sea captain, an old ship, and an old death-figure as a passenger.
