One period of Dan Reid's life had been spent in a California school, and at this fine institution, the Lone Ranger's nephew had many acquaintances and a few friends. He lost track of these however, when he rejoined the masked man and Tonto on their never-ending trail. Then one day Tonto brought a newspaper from a nearby town, which Dan began eagerly to read. Suddenly his eyes fell upon the name of his school principal, who is heading to the area to visit Bill White.
