The debut of Mr Kitzel, the hot dog vendor and his catchy song, "Pickle in the middle and the mustard on top!" The episode revolves around Jack attending the Rose Bowl game with his friend Phil Harris. They make a bet: if USC loses, Jack has to buy everyone hot dogs from Mr. Kitzel. Of course, USC loses, leading to hilarious scenes of Jack trying to avoid paying up.
