Eventually there will come a time when there are just too many cars on the road and the whole transportation system just grinds to a halt. In this interesting tale conventional roads are replaced with "rolling roads" - mechanized roads that roll at 5 to 100 miles an hour and take people, goods, and whatever else needs moving from one place to another. A wonderful idea, but what happens when it all goes wrong?
