As Michael Shayne’s secretary Phyllis Knight had graduated from Huxley College it was to him that the President of the college, Professor Brill turned when he needed a detective. It seems that there was a peeping Tom on the campus and it was affecting the morale of the girls and now a masked and armed man had jumped out on Quincy the most brilliant student of the college.
