There were two passengers on the west bound stage, both of whom were heading to the town of New Hope. The younger passenger was a boy, just past fourteen. His name was Dan Reid, and no-one knew that he was the nephew of the mystery rider, known as the Lone Ranger. Dr Robert Langdon was the other passenger, and he had recently qualified as a physician, before coming back to his home town to practice medicine.
