Poor Daddy has his hands full again. His silver cigarette lighter is missing and he suspects his loving child had something to do with its disappearance. However, Baby Snooks won't admit it, so Daddy has given her one last chance. Still denying it (unless he'll take her to the police station), Daddy has decided that the only thing to do, is take Snooks to see a psychiatrist!
