Bernie was in the newspaper photography business and was covering a motor cycle race and has just photographed the winner. His son Bobby is his courier and he asks him to get the plates to the office as soon as possible so that they can make the early evening edition. But Bobby didn’t make it; he went off the road and was dead when the police arrived. A victim of too much speed they said but Bernie didn’t believe them, Bobby was too good a driver and the photograph plates were missing which made Bernie suspect his son had been murdered for the photographs.
