Harvey has been making enquiries about Guaranteed Always Flowing Oil Development Company and entertained certain doubts that the company wasn’t on the level, which he planned to print in the Hillsdale Morning Star. Then he is approached by a heavy who informs him that the President of the oil company, Connor Gaston has asked him to convince Harvey otherwise in no uncertain terms warning him if he did he would end up in the obituary column.
