Obidiah Jenkins And The Bank Robbers

The two men, their faces hidden by gaudy bandannas, had held up the bank in Dodgeville and escaped into the hills. That evening, Sheriff McDonald told the gathering crowd that the men wouldn't get away, and couldn't be too far away. All they know about the men is that they were dressed like dudes, and wore the brightest bandannas ever made! Now they just had to find them, and the manhunt got underway at once. 

The Sheriff's men rode far and wide, little suspecting that the thieves had double-backed to Dodgeville with their loot. They were among the crowd that night when a crowd gathered to listen to Obidiah Jenkins. Jenkins was a lovable old rogue who had traveled the west for many years, peddling his cure-all. The two bank robbers hid their loot in a wagon, and went on to mingle in the crowds, confident that the loot would be safer there, than in the woods with everyone searching for them...
