Adelina, an old woman, is dying. Dr Miller is called out to attend to her. Adelina's youngest son is due in two days and she does not want to die without seeing him again. She begs Dr Miller for a few more days of life. Dr Miller has an experimental potion to extend life. Does she use it? Does Adelina live? What are the consequences?
