John Blake a student of crime has come urgently to see Blackie. He wants to know why a murderer is always caught? Blackie replies “that’s easy because they always make a mistake.” John Blake would like to differ and informs Blackie that he is going to murder a man named Thomas Evers, he won’t tell him where or when but defies Blackie to prove it.
