Broadway a place in the world where something happens to you outside the movies, it's the beat of Danny Clover. It's Friday night and Danny's at the house of Mrs. Brandeis with news of her son Morrie. The news is not good, there is no stay of execution and her son will be killed on Monday for the murder of a woman outside a jewelry store. Mrs. Brandeis is sure her son is innocent and Danny also has his doubts on the conviction.
