Luigi wants to have a special thanksgiving dinner for his friend Pasquale but he doesn't have enough money to buy the food. To help him he gets an evening job at Daisy Jones Pie Factory for a week but that means he has to miss his night-school class. Pasquale, who wants Luigi to marry his fat daughter Rosa, thinks that Luigi is meeting a love interest called Daisy and out of spite reports Luigi to school for playing truant. Luigi is almost expelled from school until they discover the true reason for his absence. Pasquale makes a heartfelt speech for Thanksgiving.
