The Green Hornet foils an attempt to bribe legislators into passing a bill through which would legalize the betting on horses. So who stands in favor of the bill, and who stands against it? If they sanction gambling, it will open up the state for the operators of slot machines, dog racing, the lottery and who knows what other rackets would open up too. Let's hope they make the right decision...
