Jake finally decided to take matters into his own hands, and nip Rosie's romance with Walter Jerome in the bud, only to find himself on the receiving end of an ultimatum before he had a chance to say a word. Mrs Jerome came over to the Goldberg's and accused Jake of trying to wreck her plans for Walter's future for his own daughter's sake. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth!
