When commissioner Walter Walcheck refuses to sing to the tune of Bruiser and Granite any longer they threaten to throw him out of his 21st floor office window. However when they try it goes terribly wrong for them as Commissioner Walcheck already had plans to leave his job and he wasn’t going to let them spoil it for him.
