The main speaker at tonight's civil defence meeting and air raid drill was supposed to have been Mr Willoughby, the high school principal and head of the Elks Club. However, in a change of plans yesterday the honor was switched to Mr McGee. Apparently Mr Willoughby didn't mind a bit but Fibber thinks he's up to something sneaky.
