Today, Danny received a message from reformed addict, Max Wendell, who said he needed to see him right away, at his place of business on 39th Street, which is where he sold neckties and candy bars. That morning, a no-good had come into the store, and demanded that Max distribute narcotics for them, but he refused. Danny got to the store, but whilst Max was filling him in, the no-good came in and shot him dead!
